This program consists of a 4 day workout split to improve muscular definition. It focuses on lower body, upper body, and core activation. Overall this program will improve functionality. The last four weeks are to be completed twice to equate a total of 9 weeks of exercise and real results (36 days of fitness). Note: You will need resistance bands and dumbbells. Preferably lite, medium and heavy resistance bands and at least 10 pound dumbbells.
